Salary and hours of Landlord Liaison Officer
* £28000-£30000 p.a.
* 37.5 hours per week 0900-1700
* Based in our office in Sheffield S4 7JS
Purpose of role of Landlord Liaison Officer:
* To form and maintain strong links of engagement with current and potential future landlords, property investors and developers, who are willing to provide private tenancies to vulnerable adults
Key tasks/objectives of Landlord Liaison Officer:
1. To form and maintain strong links of engagement with current and potential future landlords, property investors and developers, who are willing to provide private tenancies to vulnerable adults via our housing organisation.
2. Build and maintain a good working relationship with landlords, property investors and developers.
