PT Customer Service Advisor – Dutch Speaker

Our client is seeking to recruit a native speaking Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join their small team, based in Cambridge City Centre. Candidates will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a customer service/administrative based role. You will have an excellent customer-focussed manner and be a friendly and enthusiastic team player, with a flexible attitude to assist and provide support wherever needed.
This is a part-time role, working 20 hours a week. Your working pattern will be 9am-1pm across 4 weekdays and 3pm-7pm on a Saturday. All working hours are office based.
Responsibilities
* Reply to customer enquiries, mainly via email, but also taking some calls (when office based)
* Amend bookings and arrange/address special requests
* Pro-actively deal with any customer issues arising
* Addressing customer complaints, escalating where necessary
* Providing additional support to the team during quieter periods. This can include assisting with translation work
Qualifications and Skills
* Native Dutch speaker (fluency in both written and spoken English and Native Language)
* Demonstrable experience with Customer Service/Administrative based roles
* Previous experience within the Travel industry would be advantageous
* Self-starter, motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
* Well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload
* Great customer-focused manner, effective communicator
* Strong attention to detail
* Good problem-solving skills
* Good IT skills with competency in MS Office
* Committed and hard-working with a flexible approach

We are looking for a highly organised PA to support a very busy office. This temporary assignment is working for a prestigious institution, in Cambridge City Centre, with parking close by! As the PA, you will provide support to the Master, act as secretary to around three committees, and be a point of contact.
