We are looking to recruit a number of Senior Associate to join our Corporate Tax Compliance teams based in Watford, Manchester, Birmingham, or Belfast.

You will join our team of experts supporting clients with their Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. Our clients range from multinationals to smaller mid-tier companies across various industry sectors, offering opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge.
You will have the chance to work across a diverse range of clients and technical areas, including deepening expertise in specific technical areas or industries, such as tax accounting, real estate, or financial services.
What your days will look like:
* Undertaking the preparation and completion of a wide range of corporation tax computations, including reviewing computations and assisting clients with queries.
* Liaising with the Data Team for the collection and analysis of tax data.
* Handling client queries related to data requests, including preparing and reviewing follow-up queries and correspondence with internal and external parties.
* Preparing corporation tax accounting disclosures, tax payment advice calculations, computations, and returns using the firm's standard software.
* Managing your own workload across a portfolio of clients.
* Assisting in the development of colleagues.
* Drafting budgets and supporting the preparation and negotiations for new or repeat work.
This role is for you if:
* You have a solid foundation in UK Corporate Tax and experience preparing UK corporate tax computations and returns.
* You have experience reviewing corporate tax returns.
* You have worked with a portfolio of clients.
* You possess an ACA or CTA qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience in their home country.
