The ED is the busiest in the East of England, seeing in excess of 140,000 new patients each year. We are in the process of developing new effective ways of working, and your role will be to support and work within the team to achieve high quality and compassionate care for our patients. Hours and working pattern
Hours of Work: We are offering full/Part time posts working days and nights. Full internal rotation days and nights, including bank holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Work with all members of the Emergency Department team within the multi-disciplinary framework.
* Work in all areas of the department.
* Maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Department Sister/Charge Nurse.
* Work in accordance with the principles laid down by the Nursing/Midwifery professional bodies and Trust Policies.
* Support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service; model PRIDE values (People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence).
