Staffline Ireland are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our Banbridge based clients growing team. This is a proactive telesales‑focused role responsible for contacting new and lapsed clients, introducing our services, building relationships, and generating qualified appointments and new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is personable, target‑driven, and comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone. You will play a key role in driving growth by re‑engaging previous customers and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Contact lapsed and prospective clients via phone, email, and follow‑up activity
* Introduce and explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally
* Build rapport with decision‑makers and identify business needs
* Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for the wider team
* Maintain and update CRM records accurately
* Follow up on leads and nurture potential opportunities
* Achieve agreed call, appointment, and business development targets
* Work closely with management to support business growth initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Previous telesales, business development, sales, or customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
* Organised and able to manage workload effectively
* Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
* Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
