We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join Timba Floors & Boards. Based at our UK Head Office in Stanley, County Durham, we are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. This role is ideally suited to a candidate who desires growth within a fast-growing wholesale business who specialise in supplying trade businesses with a broad range of flooring and matching accessories. The candidate would be joining our office based sales and customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, developing positive customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. We are actively looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to consistently meet or surpass targets
* Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
* Serve as the main point of contact, addressing customers' daily requirements
* Drive new business through leveraging existing and potential customer networks
* Perform regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
* Recommend strategic actions to boost sales performance and uncover growth potential
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding customer service
* Analyse sales data and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities within our CRM system
* Track and monitor key account metrics, including revenue growth and customer retention
* Liaising with and supporting external account managers regarding inbound enquiries for them.
