Position: Part-Time School Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Gosforth - NE3
Contract Type: Temporary (2 months)
Hourly Rate: £13.00ph
Working Pattern: 20 hours per week
About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our school office. This position primarily involves covering for a key team member and supporting our front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
Managing inquiries and answering phone calls
utilising our administrative systems, including SIMS
Performing general administrative tasks such as typing and maintaining spreadsheets
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless operation in a busy office environmentWhat We're Looking For:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual who possesses:
Strong communication skills and a knack for engaging with people
Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
Experience with administrative tasks
