We are looking for a highly skilled, driven individual who can inspire a strong team.

* To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar establishment and role. You will be up to date with relevant Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certificates.
* You will be a service-driven and energetic Head Chef with a passion for excellent service and solid operational experience.
* You will have a proven track record in people management skills, both with leading by example and training abilities. You will be an excellent communicator with people of all levels. .
* You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of menu planning, stock control, costing and wages budgets.
