Required Skills:
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Accurate data entry and average numeracy skills
Confident communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to analyse and resolve queries independently
Proficiency in using software such as Autoline (Kerridge), Vehicle Stock Book (VSB), or Fleet Kompact is highly desirableNice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
Familiarity with CRM systems and record maintenance
Experience with setting up and canceling rental contracts and purchase ordersPreferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is advantageous
Knowledge of vehicle or equipment fleet management software is preferredOther Requirements:
Flexibility to provide cover for team members and assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed
