Reports to: Corporate & Education Sales Account Manager
Contract: Full‑time, 12‑month maternity cover (37.5 hrs, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30)
Salary: 28k per annum
Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to support our Corporate & Education sales team. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, and proactively build relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Working closely with the Sales Account Manager, you’ll support the full sales cycle—from quotation to delivery and after‑sales care—while maintaining clear communication and strong organisation throughout.
A systematic approach is essential, ensuring customers are kept informed about order progress and delivery arrangements. You’ll also liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to secure competitive pricing.
Responsibilities
* Managing inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective clients
* Responding promptly to enquiries and processing orders efficiently
* Preparing quotations in SAP based on customer requirements
* Maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge, including new releases
* Following up on outstanding quotations to convert opportunities
* Producing sales reports for manufacturers and purchasing frameworks
* Generating leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
* Supporting sales promotions and customer offers
* Identifying opportunities to promote distributed brands
Key Attributes
* Experience in internal account management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Competent MS Office skills
* SAP experience or willingness to learn
