We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing client who is looking to add a reliable, long-term Assembly Technician to their production team. This role would suit someone who has demonstrated commitment and longevity in previous positions and is now looking for a stable, temporary to permanent opportunity.
This is a hands-on, varied role for a practical individual who takes pride in their work and values consistency, teamwork, and quality.
Assembly Technician Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly of company products in line with manufacturing instructions
* Use of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for despatch
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe production environment
* Monitoring stock levels and reporting component shortages
Assembly Technician What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience within an assembly, production, or warehouse environment
* A proven track record of stability and longevity in previous roles
* Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
* A reliable, consistent, and dependable approach to work
* Positive team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
