Who you'll support You'll work with six adults (five gentlemen and one lady) in their 20s-30s with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs. Their interests include: - Sensory activities, hydrotherapy, and water play - Trips to Apex motocross, train stations, and church - Music, nursery rhymes, stories - Creative activities: painting, woodwork, craft - Playful, silly interactions and light role play Most people use wheelchairs and hoists, so confidence with manual handling is important.
