We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in systems integration to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The role requires deep technical understanding of Salesforce clouds, APIs, integration patterns, middleware platforms, and enterprise architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end solution design across Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
* Architect and oversee integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware tools.
* Develop integration patterns, data models, and system interaction diagrams for complex multi-system environments.
* Ensure alignment of Salesforce architecture with enterprise integration standards, security guidelines, and scalability requirements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and solution roadmaps.
* Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and integration teams throughout project lifecycles.
* Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and solution validation to ensure adherence to best practices.
* Optimize data flows, API performance, and integration reliability across cloud and on-prem systems.
* Manage Salesforce platform governance, including environment strategy, release planning, and integration testing.
* Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, integration frameworks, and architectural trends.
Required Skills & Experience
* 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4+ years in an architect role.
* Strong expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities (Apex, Lightning, Flows).
* Deep hands-on integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, External Services, and OAuth.
* Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or Informatica.
* Strong understanding of integration patterns including A2A, B2B, Pub/Sub, ETL/ELT, and event-driven architectures.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (SSO, OAuth, Profiles, Permission Sets, Connected Apps).
* Ability to produce architecture diagrams, data flow models, technical specifications, and design frameworks.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
* Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and message queues (Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, Azure Service Bus).
* Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Strong communication, documentation, and solution-presentation skills.
