My client is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, and we're looking for Recycling Operatives to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is a hands-on, physical role in a dusty and dirty environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in industrial conditions.

1400-2200
1500-2200
0600-1800
1800-0600
2200-0600
Nights 4 on 4 off 18.00 - 06.00
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and dismantling white goods (e.g., fridges, washing machines) for recycling.
* Sorting, handling, and moving materials safely and efficiently.
* Operating machinery and equipment in line with safety guidelines.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Adhering to all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a dusty, dirty, and physically demanding environment.
* Previous experience in a waste, recycling, or industrial setting is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
* Verbal and written English skills required
