What You'll Be Doing * Sparking new ideas and driving innovation projects from spark… to strategy… to solution* Initiating and managing programmes that transform the way our Water Recycling systems operate* Collaborating with operational teams to uncover opportunities and tackle challenges head‑on* Staying plugged into the latest technologies across (and far beyond) the water industry* Making sure innovation aligns with our long‑term goals and delivers real value* Elevating business case development and championing best practice across the team* Building connections, inspiring curiosity, and leading by example What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and imaginative thinking.
