What You Will Do Day to day running of 5 axis machine centre (Doosan, Mazak & Matsuura) The machining of complex aluminium and stainless fabrications Aid the setting up and proving out of programs with Engineers Support and manage the machine tooling to best achieve drawing tolerances Carry out dimensional checks using the designated tools as defined by each program and Op sheet Set up and run programs in accordance with the Op sheets and Program specifications Escalate any issues, errors or concerns immediately to the Line Manager Any other duties as required by your line manager Support CORE and keep up excellent housekeeping practices Shifts: This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts: Morning: 6:00 AM-1:45 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 6:00 AM-12:00 PM (Friday). Afternoon: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 12:15 PM-5:15 PM (Friday). There may be a possibility of moving to night shifts. Ample notice will be provided if required.
