Ready to move beyond “100 dials a day” and into meaningful, strategic sales? A high-growth technology solutions provider is looking for a sharp, commercially astute Sales Development Representative to join its Farnborough team.
With a base salary from £35,000, you’ll earn commission for every qualified meeting booked, plus a percentage of revenue on deals that convert — giving you genuine earning potential and visibility on the impact you create.
This isn’t volume calling. It’s intelligent, insight-led engagement. You’ll be researching and connecting with CEOs and senior leaders across professional services, life sciences, engineering and corporate sectors. The focus is on understanding business challenges, crafting relevant messaging and securing high-value conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.
We’re looking for an experienced SDR/BDR with a technology background — software, IT hardware, telecoms, managed services or cyber security — who understands how to position complex solutions in a clear, compelling way. You’ll be confident operating at C-suite level, naturally consultative and commercially curious.
