Bring hospitality to life in an extraordinary setting
At Château Rhianfa, food and drink aren't just what we serve, they're at the heart of how our guests experience the château. From elegant afternoon teas overlooking the Menai Strait, to relaxed breakfasts, lively dinners, and special celebrations, every service is a chance to create memories. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the team that makes it happen.
What you'll be doing:
* Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
* Serving food and drinks across breakfast, bar, afternoon tea, and dinner services
* Supporting set-up and clear-down of restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
* Preparing place settings, ensuring service areas are always clean and well-presented
* Noting low stock and communicating with colleagues in the kitchen and housekeeping teams
* Completing daily checklists and upholding high standards of hospitality
About you:
* Friendly, reliable, and eager to make guests feel at home
* Organised with an eye for detail and presentation
* Comfortable balancing independent tasks with teamwork
* Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not essential; we can provide full training
* Flexible with shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
