Youll suit this role if youre an experienced Architectural Technologist / BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator who lives in Revit, enjoys digging into RIBA Stages 46, and takes pride in delivering models and drawings that stand up on site. Package: Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) Fully remote working within the UK Generous Annual Leave - 30 days per year Semi-flexible hours Ongoing professional training & certification support Clear pathway into leadership and management Office: Remote Working Hours: Full-time, semi-flexible (typically MondayFriday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm) Duties: Produce and maintain detailed, fully coordinated 3D BIM models (LOD 45) for complex building projects Generate construction-ready 2D drawings from models for manufacture and on-site use Lead and support multiple live projects, delivering on time, to scope and to high quality standards Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, trades and consultants to resolve design/coordination issues Operate within a Common Data Environment, managing information, data sets and workflows Carry out model/drawing audits, drive continuous improvement and occasionally support strategic BIM initiatives Requirements: 5 years experience in a relevant role (Architectural Technologist / BIM Technician/ BIM Coordinator) on large, complex buildings (RIBA Stages 46) Expert user of Autodesk Revit Proficient with Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Strong technical design, detailing and construction documentation skills Confident working remotely while managing multiple projects and priorities Clear communicator, collaborative team player and comfortable stepping up to lead when needed
