The Role:
* Project Management of ongoing home renovation projects including conservatories, orangeries, extensions, full house renovations and more, which will involve liaising with our site managers, installation managers and building teams
* Conducting Administrative duties
* Applying for Building Regulations and Planning Permission Applications
* Dealing with all telephone and web from enquiries from customers.
* Customers that have enquires via webform will need to be regularly contacted until a response is received.
* Existing customers will contact us for service calls. You will need to detail any issues they may have and liaise with your relevant team members to arrange service callouts.
* Accurate message taking from customers, suppliers and installers.
Requirements:
* Excellent Phone Manner
* Super Organised
* Previous experience using CRM and Deal Management software preferred
* Industry knowledge would be beneficial
*Project Management, Office Administration, Customer Service and Sales Experience would be highly beneficial
