The Brand Representative is deeply engaged in delivering excellent customer service. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, with strong awareness of the store environment. They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. They demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
