Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Londonderry. In this role, you will identify and establish new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized solutions tailored to customer needs. You will manage sales pipelines, conduct market research, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
* Proven experience in sales strategy formulation, territory management, and deal negotiation
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity for strategic decision-making
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
* Self-motivated with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
* Experience in the payment solutions or financial services industry is desirable but not required
