HR Advisor / Administrator
Location: Horsham (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)
Contract: 3 months (potential to extend)
Start: ASAP
Rate: £15-£16 per hour PAYE
My client are seeking an HR Advisor/Administrator to support the Group HR Operations team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
Key responsibilities:
Reviewing historical employee records across legacy systems and document drives
Cross-referencing data with records held in Workday ahead of system deactivation/archiving
Conducting HR data audits in Workday and flagging discrepancies
Supporting the team with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
About you:
Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data
Workday experience is highly desirable but not essential
This is an excellent short-term opportunity to support a global organisation during a critical data and systems project.
