About the Role
In this role, you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will help service users with daily tasks and assist them in accessing the community and local areas, such as attending clubs, using leisure facilities, or simply going out for a coffee.
