About the role

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will guide prospects, deliver demos, and demonstrate why we’re the best choice.
This is a full-time role with flexible options for remote or hybrid work.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the global sales team to provide technical support during sales processes.
2. Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, address objections, and showcase support services.
3. Deliver technical presentations highlighting our value proposition.
4. Analyze support histories to identify pain points and tailor solutions.
5. Manage pre-sales activities in collaboration with subject matter experts across Oracle, SAP, and Security practices.
6. Assist the sales team with customer queries and facilitate communication.
7. Maintain technical data in CRM, contribute to tenders and marketing efforts.
8. Ensure smooth customer transition from sales to onboarding.
9. Vet products for support, identify risks for contracts, and suggest improvements.
10. Continuously update knowledge of the industry, vendors, and competitors.
Requirements
1. Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering, especially with Oracle or SAP ERP and Database solutions.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and develop solutions.
4. Ability to work across teams including sales, marketing, and technical staff.
5. Solid knowledge of Oracle, with familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, or VMware.
6. Organized with experience managing CRM data and sales materials.
7. Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency.
