Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a leading charity to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities * Produce compelling responses to grant applications, tenders and high-value funding opportunities. * Complete tender pre-qualification questionnaires and manage all administration accurately and on time. * Conduct horizon scanning and maintain a dynamic funding pipeline for new and existing opportunities. * Develop a strong understanding of service delivery, maintaining empathy and awareness of the needs of victims/survivors. * Deliver the grants and trusts elements of organisational fundraising strategies. * Monitor and report on all grants and commissioned services, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs. * Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders. * Undertake quality assurance of all reporting and monitoring prior to submission. * Ensure policies and procedures meet the requirements of relevant quality assurance frameworks including VAWG standards, SafeLives, Women’s Aid NQS, and RESPECT princi...
