Remedial Plumber (Environmental Services) – PPM and Maintenance
£32,000-£36,000 + Van + Benefits

A growing Environmental Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its London team by recruiting an experienced Remedial Plumber to support a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients across the East London region. Sites will include retail, office, health care and education.
Experience summary for the Remedial Plumber
* Proven experience operating as a Remedial or Maintenance Plumber on commercial settings, delivering installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Possess industry-recognised credentials, including
*
* NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing and Heating qualification.
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (6189-34)
* NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (9189)
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
* Full UK driving licence holder with flexibility to travel across the East London region.
* Willing to undertake planned overtime as part of an existing team.
* Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities (sampling, monitoring, flushing)
The Remedial Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
* Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks on commercial sites, including the removal of deadlegs, installation of sampling points, pipe modifications, TMV service/install and repair/replacement of damaged pipes and taps, as well as routine maintenance.
* Keeping site documentation up to date using tablets for digital record-keeping.
* Performing selected water hygiene duties such as sampling and flushing
* Providing clients with guidance for additional work required.
