Calibre Search are looking speak with ambitious Building Surveyors who would be interested in working for a well-respected & market leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that provides a comprehensive range of professional services in the housing sector.
This is a great opportunity for an intermediate level Building Surveyor to be part of a high skilled and established team based near Huddersfield.
The work will include a range of high-rise recladding/refurbishment, new build developments and estate regeneration projects all across the UK making this a varied role and a role which will heavily contribute you towards completing your APC.

Role/ Responsibilities:
* Undertake site inspections to check on progress
* Liaise with and supervise contractors and client project officers
* Assist with payment valuations
* Organise and manage site level meetings
* Quality control of contractor workmanship
* Health & safety compliance (CDM regulations)
* Project administration and management activities on behalf of our clients
* Handover inspections and preparing site reports.
Requirements
* RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree
* Wanting to become MRICS/MCIOB qualfied
* Proven site experience & providing similar services in your current role
* Confident communicator & experienced in client facing roles
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* A 'self-starter' able to be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy & self-motivation.
* Full UK driving licence
