Deputy Manager Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
* Leverage leadership skills to mentor residential care staff and oversee safeguarding and quality of care.
* Manage rotas, incidents, and staff supervision to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Support care planning and behaviour strategies, ensuring compliance with Ofsted policies.
* Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to provide cohesive support.
We are seeking an individual with strong knowledge of safeguarding, trauma, and behaviour support, who can demonstrate good leadership, organisation, and decision-making skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ year as Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy
* Level 3 Diploma (Children & Young People's Workforce or equivalent)
