The Nursing Associate role involves visiting people who are housebound of all ages 18+ in their own homes or residential homes, enabling them to self-manage where possible and implementing appropriate treatments and care pathways. This role involves rotating shifts of 8:30am-5:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm, with a mix of both, plus alternating weekends on and off duty as part of the shift pattern.
