About Our Client

Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Inbound/outbound calls with commercial banking customers
4. Notifying customers via telephony and digital customer service that they are overdrawn
5. Applying charges and pre-approved lending limits to customer accounts
6. Dealing with day-to-day queries from business customers
7. Making credit decisions
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following experience:
8. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
9. Strong IT skills
10. Minimum 2 years solid customer service experience within an office based setting
