The role of the Design Manager Facades will involve:
Design Manager position dealing with various building envelope systems such as: cladding, glazing and curtain walling
1. Lead and manage faade and glazing design from tender through to construction
2. Coordinate and oversee internal teams, external designers, consultants, and engineers to deliver high-quality, buildable design solutions.
3. Align design process with project budgets, and commercial goals in collaboration with procurement and estimating teams.
4. Act as the primary contact with clients, contractors, architects, and authorities, including reviewing and approving subcontractor designs.
