Job Description:
Excellent opportunity for anyone with fluent MANDARIN and recent experience as a Network and Security Engineer or with 5 years in this specialist field who is now looking for their next step. This is a corporate banking role, requiring a specialist for the installation, support, and maintenance of network infrastructure and security framework, and assisting the network and security manager with the administration and maintenance of the bank's IT networking equipment through support of the network equipment and head office network.

Key Responsibilities:
* Security Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM) to detect and analyze potential threats, investigate security alerts, logs, and incidents, and assist in incident response and remediation efforts.
* Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments, support penetration testing, and collaborate with senior teams to patch systems and mitigate risks.
* Network Access Control (NAC): Configure switches and endpoints for NAC upgrades and troubleshooting; install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco IP Phone/IPC services.
* Network Administration: Configure user switches, patch network devices, perform health checks, and provide after-hours support for network/security changes or emergencies (on-call rotation).
* Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure adherence to IT security standards, coordinate daily network checks and operational procedures, liaise with global/Head Office IT teams, document processes, generate reports, and communicate IT controls to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support (network/security/IP telephony).
Technical Skills:
* Hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, STP, NAC, and IPT (Cisco).
* Proficiency in network monitoring tools, NDR, and SIEM systems.
* Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and patch management.
Soft Skills:
* Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions: Flexibility for after-hours/weekend support during incidents.
