Panel Beater Required in Nottingham
1. Basic Salary: Circa £45,000
2. OTE: £52,000
3. Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm
4. No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities of the Panel Beater:
10. Repair or replace damaged vehicle panels using jigs, fixtures, welding equipment, and other approved tools in line with safety standards.
11. Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical bulletins, attending training when required to stay up to date with repair methods.
12. Handle vehicles with care to maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring company tools and equipment are kept in good condition.
13. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with all Health & Safety and housekeeping policies.
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
14. Skilled in vehicle panel repair and replacement, with experience using jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment to manufacturer standards.
15. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is essential, and ATA Accreditation is preferred.
16. Strong understanding of technical bulletins, repair methods, and Health & Safety procedures, with a commitment to continuous training and development.
17. High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and maintaining tools/equipment in good condition.
