One of our gaint Tech client is looking for Administrative Business Partner to work on partnering with their customers

Below are the job specs for your reference:

Position: Administrative Business Partner

Location: London

Mode of working: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Role Overview

As an Administrative Business Partner (ABP), you proactively complete administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination with minimal guidance.

* Plan and organize site/location activities in areas of culture, community affairs, PR, communications with both the internal and external communities
* Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events
* Execute expense and budget management activities
* Complete travel coordination tasks
