The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives for our client in Mansfield who are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace Industry!
This is a temporary to permanent role, for a growing interconnect business, where the opportunities to progress are endless!
Role & responsibilities:
* Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings. You will be in a role that requires you to assemble small intricate parts and components, feeding wires into connectors, requiring exceptional dexterity and attention to detail.
* Following listed instructions/measurements carefully
* Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
* Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders, ensuring quality and performance standards are achieved.
Working hours:
* Monday - Friday, 0730 -1600 (30 min unpaid break daily)
* Once trained, you may have the option to condense your hours down, for example, to enable an early finish on a Friday
Pay rate:
* £12.78 per hour
* Time and a half paid after 40 hours worked
