We provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community. We offer full training and great potential for career progression, with over 100 facilities across England and Wales.
We are looking for Recreation Assistants to join our friendly and professional team. You will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Leisure Centre customers using our gym and other facilities. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as you'll often be the first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and assist the leisure centre customers
* Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
* Assist with regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate
Requirements
* Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
* Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
* Assist with the preparation, storage, resources and movement of equipment as required
