Wakefield Fitness & Wellbeing Centre | Management Team | Permanent | Full time

Salary up to £36,000 + fantastic benefits

40 hours per week

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to help define and implement our customer experience strategy, ensuring a deep understanding of our current and prospective customers and placing the customer at the heart of all decision-making.

As our Customer Experience Manager, you will:

1. Manage concierge/Front of House, fitness teams, and Food & Beverage services effectively.
2. Drive the commercial success of revenue-generating services and member retention, including subscriptions, swimming, F&B, retail, and junior programming.
3. Set standards for customer experience across the entire customer journey.
4. Collaborate with Business Insights to collect and analyze customer feedback and insights.
5. Establish measurement frameworks for customer experience indicators.
6. Liaise with stakeholders to support key performance outcomes.

To succeed, you should:

1. Possess an honours degree or equivalent experience and qualifications.
2. Have demonstrable knowledge and experience in customer experience, sales, and marketing.
3. Understand current trends in customer expectations and segmentation.
4. Be collaborative, communicative, and influential in your approach.
