About the Role
Shape the future of AI in the Norwegian language. This role as an AI Trainer for Norwegian Writers offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise and develop AI skills. You will train AI models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content, with flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI advancements in Norwegian.
Your Day to Day
1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian. Your guidance will improve AI accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide solutions and explanations to complex Norwegian language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge. Design tests to ensure reliable and applicable outputs.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own schedule based on project needs.
About You
* Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Norwegian.
* Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
* Critical eye for assessing written text's strengths and weaknesses.
* Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
* Interest in AI and machine learning.
Important Information
This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work locally; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with an advisor. We cannot provide employment documentation. Compensation varies by location, with rates between $15 and $150 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and region.
