Full-Time | £45,000 - £60,000 | ShrewsburySellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded law firm in Shrewsbury, seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join their growing team.This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working on a varied and high-quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant work, including lease drafting and negotiationsDevelopment and property finance mattersManaging your own caseload with supervision where neededBuilding strong client relationships and supporting business development
About You:
Qualified Solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) with commercial property experienceConfident managing a varied caseloadStrong communication and client-facing skillsCommercially aware and proactive
