Overview

Are you an experienced Technician/ Building Fabric Engineer with a keen eye for detail, a good hand with a paint brush and able to fix any problem with a can-do approach? Do you want to work within a fast paced team delivering an excellent in-house FM Service to London's leading flexible office provider?

With naturally high standards and a positive individual and team-based approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure the highest quality of experience is available for our customers. You will focus on ensuring our buildings are always looking their best and that day to day repairs are carried out quickly, efficiently and safely to provide an operationally excellent environment for our customers.


What We Need From You

* Relevant previous Job experience
* H&S and/or Trade Qualification/Training
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & Experience of CAFM Systems (Facility Management software)
* Basic Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations & Procedures
* Excellent Organisation & Time Management
* Energy & Passion


Key Duties

* Maintaining building fabric & completing first fix repairs
* Carrying out key compliance checks and tests
* Carrying out decorative repairs and improvements to keep our buildings to a high standard of décor
* Assisting with our Sustainability & Energy Improvement strategies
* Delivering the highest standard of Customer Experience
