The Opportunity You'll act as a true finance business partner, supporting operational sites and senior leadership with financial insight, commercial challenge, and technical expertise. You will bridge the gap between finance and operations, ensuring robust financial control while driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational site leadership to drive financial performance Oversee monthly reporting, statutory accounts, and multi-GAAP compliance Lead balance sheet reviews and ensure strong financial controls Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost allocation processes Provide commercial insight and challenge around risk, provisions, and performance drivers Coordinate audit processes (internal & external) Drive continuous improvement across finance processes Act as a key finance contact across multiple legal entities About You We're looking for a commercially minded, technically strong finance professional who can balance detail with big-picture thinking.
