Your new opportunity Quarriers Family Support Service located in Dumfries is hiring a part time Family Support Worker to deliver person centred support to children with autism, learning and physical disabilities. As a Family Support Worker you will support children within the local community and their own home while guided by individual outcome based support plans. You will play a key part in assisting young people accessing activities and creating inclusive opportunities while making Scotland a better place to be. Working pattern: This is a part time, permanent post offering 16 hours per week. Evenings and occasional weekends will be required to meet the needs of children, young people & families and may include pick up from school at 3pm. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is desirable but not essential.
