The Package & Pay

* Weekdays: £13.68 per hour
* Weekends: £15.77 per hour

Your Role
As a Support Worker in Egremont, you will provide nursing and personal care for adults (under and over 65) with sensory impairments and physical or learning disabilities. Your daily tasks will include:
* Assisting with personal care, cooking, and household management.
* Providing emotional support and companionship.
* Helping residents engage with the local community.
* Following person-centered care plans to promote independence.
What You'll Need
To ensure the highest quality of care for our vulnerable residents, we require:
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent UK experience in a residential care setting.
* Commitment: Full-time availability for at least 2-3 shifts per week.
* Compliance: An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service.
* Training: Valid mandatory training certificates (including PMVA/Restraint).
* Right to Work: Unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship or accept Student/Skilled Worker visas for this role)
