Interim Employee Relations Manager, 3-6 months
Leading Charity - Birmingham with hybrid working - £21.98 per hour
Working closely with the Head of People Partnering, you will be responsible for providing expert Employee Relations support and oversight across complex case management. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring consistency in ER advice and process by developing clear casework guidance, templates, and process maps.
2. Taking the lead on key and high-risk ER cases and providing backup support when needed.
3. Supporting the development of high-quality HR data and reporting.
4. Reviewing and improving key family-friendly policies and processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, neonatal), in collaboration with the Payroll team.
5. Contributing to organization-wide projects, including job evaluation and benchmarking.
You should be an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations skills, a solid knowledge of employment law, and a proven track record managing complex cases and policy improvements. Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work on HR projects are essential.
