Job Responsibilities
As a Coach you are responsible for providing exceptional consumer service and delivering a premium brand experience.
* Leading, coaching and motivating the employees in your department to ensure an excellent work atmosphere.
* Managing the daily business in your department to reach sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and sales floor.
* Identifying and improving areas based on consumer feedback.
* Acting as a brand ambassador for Nike’s initiatives and training your team.
* Ensuring store compliance with all Nike standards and guidelines.
* Cooperating with business partners across stores and headquarters.
Commercial (Head Coach)
* Lead a team that delivers efficient product receiving, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures visual presentation standards.
* Ensure smooth inventory processes so the sales floor is always full, presentable, and meets brand standards.
* Coordinate with department leads responsible for product receiving and visual presentation while overseeing the overall product journey in store.
* Responsible for monthly initiative launches.
* Use reporting tools to make informed commercial decisions.
* Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
Athlete Experience (Coach)
* Ensure the team delivers high‑quality athlete experience.
* Lead team engagement on Nike Community Ambassador activities.
* Oversee hiring, onboarding, and store scheduling in partnership with senior store leadership.
* Collaborate with the store team to implement and maintain a positive Nike culture.
Consumer Experience (Coach)
* Lead by example in sales floor service and bring the consumer journey to life.
* Ensure team members have brand knowledge of all consumer service aspects, including digital service enablers.
* Complete specific training and share completion with athlete services.
* Use data and analytics to provide insights and partner with senior store leadership to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring
* Passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
* Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
* Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
* Competence in delivering exceptional consumer service.
* Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
