ABOUT THE ROLE
M-Sport UK is at the forefront of world-class motorsport, delivering excellence across rally, racing, and high-performance automotive projects.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Cleaner (Nights) to join our maintenance team and help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our site. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be able to work independently, and understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, offering stable and consistent night shift patterns.
The role and responsibilities include:
* General cleaning of site facilities, including offices, communal areas, canteens, restrooms, and outside spaces.
* Ensuring waste is collected and disposed of correctly.
* Raising cleaning supplies and consumables replenishes as needed with Site Supervisor.
* Carrying out deep cleans as required.
* Reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to the Site Supervisor.
* Following all health and safety regulations and company policies.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role preferred but not essential.
