Job Description Role: Crew Training Supervisor Location: East Midlands – Hybrid Working available Position Type: Fixed Term – 6 Months, Full Time (40 hours/week) Salary: £29,800 per annum Role Summary Chevron Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Crew Training Supervisor to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This is a key position responsible for the planning, coordination, and compliance of flight crew training. The successful candidate will manage crew qualification records, oversee training systems (PDC and EFOS), coordinate with third-party providers, and support compliance and safety initiatives within the training department. Key Responsibilities • Plan and schedule initial and recurrent training for flight crew in line with regulatory and operational requirements. • Ensure training is compliant with FTLs, internal scheduling rules, and aviation authority guidelines. • Maintain crew qualification records, track expiry dates, and ensure up-to-date documentation (licenses, medicals, passports). • Manage and monitor training reports via EFOS and PDC systems. • Coordinate with simulator and training providers, ensuring availability and suitability of training resources. • Oversee and reconcile training-related invoices in a timely manner. • Support internal safety and compliance investigations as required. • Assist in wider crew planning activities when necessary. • Continuously identify and implement improvements to training operations and safety processes. Academic/Educational Requirements • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Essential Skills & Experience • Experience using PDC Crew airline rostering software (essential) • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. • Proven experience working with external suppliers and agencies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. • Adaptable and confident when liaising across different departments and stakeholders. Desirable Skills & Experience • Previous experience in an airline training environment. • Knowledge of UK CAA Flight Time Limitations (FTLs). • Experience within a crewing environment. • Understanding of Air Crew Training Requirements.
