Role Overview
As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of supporting children with a range of needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Your main goal will be to help students achieve their full potential through personalised assistance and guidance. Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised support to students with various SEN needs, following their individual learning plans.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create and implement effective learning strategies.
* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and wellbeing.
* Keep clear communication with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
* Be flexible and adapt teaching methods to suit the unique needs of every student.

* Previous experience handling children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, physical disabilities
