Main Responsibilities This Permanent Care Worker - MGlenfield Court, Galashiels role involves working on a 4 on 4 off rota, 17.5 - 30 hours per week. This rota is a rolling rota to support a work life balance. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly, innovatively and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide care services to residents, while working to SSSC codes of practice and Health and Social Care Standards Undertake all training and eLearning relevant to the care role. Develop good working professional relationships with residents and families to meet their needs. Assist in care planning for residents to achieve positive outcomes.
